چکیده
The usage of wheeled robots in service such as planetary exploration robots, pick-and-place cleaning surveillance etc., is continuously increasing day by day. primary purpose these to reduce human resources and minimize life risk a hazardous environment. Therefore, this article, the authors design all-terrain differential-driven caterpillar-wheeled based unmanned Fire Extinguisher Robot (FER), which can detect monitor fire using gas (smoke) sensor temperature sensor. Also, it extinguish spreading extinguisher gas. proposed FER has been divided into two assembled units, one unit drives FER, another for through nozzle cylinder. driving consists six DC geared motors, dual motor drivers, caterpillar wheels, Arduino MEGA microcontroller, Bluetooth module, sensor, rechargeable lithium-polymer (LiPo) battery. Next, connected with driver controls cylinder's open close valve signal from an android phone. specially designed chassis wheel arrangement help travel any terrain, including stair climbing. Real-time experimental tests have carried out on during extinguishing process prove effectiveness developed FER.

متن کاملEffects of terrain irregularities on wheeled mobile robot
The influence of ground irregularities on the behavior of a wheeled mobile robot (WMR) navigating on uneven surfaces is addressed. The paper studies the vibratory movements induced on the body of the WMR, in order to analyze its ability for carrying out on-board tasks, and on the accuracy of the data collected by its external sensorial systems. The adhesion capability of the wheels of the WMR o...
